Inspired by Centre is the follow-up to Leeward Productions' well-received 2019 Wimbledon film, returning to the same unlikely place: a working farm in rural Iowa where a lifelong fan named Mark Kuhn built a flawless grass replica of Centre Court and tends it like the real thing. This time the film follows Katja Wiersholm, a collegiate tennis star at Berkeley and Wimbledon hopeful, stepping onto Mark Kuhn's grass to play on the surface for the first time.

It tells Wimbledon's story through the people who love the game rather than the champions who play it, trading highlight-reel tennis for something quieter, stranger, and more human, which is why it lands.
